Lodging Information

Double-occupancy or single-occupancy lodging may be provided for all participants, depending on which program the participant is attending. If you are attending a program in which double-occupancy lodging is provided and you wish to have your own room, you will be responsible for one-half of the room rate per night (rates vary on location). Requests for your own room must be made in advance with Fox Valley Technical College. Participants making changes to their hotel accommodations at the time of check-in will be responsible for paying their entire room.

Federal Employees: Fox Valley Technical College will pay for tuition, student materials, and instructional costs for Federal employees who obtain the appropriate approvals and wish to attend this training. However, current program guidelines prohibit us from expending grant funds to pay lodging expenses for Federal employees.
