View the CSE Agenda.
The mission of this program is to provide participants with the knowledge,
understanding, investigative techniques, and resources necessary to respond
effectively to the unique challenges encountered in this form of non-caregiver
child victimization.
Target audience: Law enforcement, child protective services,
and other juvenile justice system professionals involved in the investigation
of child sexual abuse and exploitation.
Length of program is 4½ days.
Maximum of 2 participants per agency.
Class size: 40 students.
Course Costs
The tuition, student materials, instructional cost, and double-occupancy lodging (you will be matched with a roommate) will be provided by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP). The participant is responsible for transportation, meals, and incidental expenses. The participant is also responsible for paying for additional lodging nights outside the training week.
Federal Employees: Fox Valley Technical College will pay for tuition, student materials, and instructional costs for Federal employees; however, current program guidelines prohibit us from expending grant funds to pay lodging expenses for Federal employees. We will, however; make your hotel reservations at the same hotel as other participants requesting lodging.
